CLEANING AND CARE
The lens is the surface to be careful with. Use the microfiber cloth included with your glasses, and mild soap and water when they need more than a wipe. Strong cleaners strip the oleophobic coating on the inside of the lens — the layer that keeps skin oil and fingerprints from sticking — and once it's gone, the lens smudges faster and stays smudged.
The frame is far tougher — cleaning gets most makeup and sunscreen off.
IF THEY GET HOT
Left in a hot car, the frame softens. Let them cool on their own, without pulling or bending, and they return to their original shape. The material has a memory — which is also why we ask you not to bend the arms to adjust the fit.
BIODEGRADABLE FRAMES?
Are Saunt Eyewear frames biodegradable? They do not break down fast enough to be considered biodegradable. When the frames do break down, they turn into non-toxic micro plastics.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your Saunt sunglasses or readers please set up a free exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply use our Exchanges & Returns Portal and we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label to send the product back to us. Any item you're returning or exchanging must be in the original new condition.

Choosing the Right Size
Choosing the right eyewear can be a complex process. This guide will help you find your best match. All eyewear has different functional and aesthetic characteristics, so we use three pieces of information to determine the following:

What is frame size?
The frame size refers to the horizontal width of the frame, measured between the outer most hinge point of the frame front. Our frames come in one or multiple sizes. See the range in the chart below:

How do I find the right size for me?
To find your correct frame size, use a ruler to measure the outer hinge-to-hinge distance of a pair of glasses that you already own and that fits you well. Consider this measurement as a guide point.
What is the fit?
Fit is the functional information which determines the amount of width for a given size.

X-Small to Small: provide a narrow fit with less gap at temporal region.

Medium: a regular fit for an average face size.

Large to X-Large: a wider fit designed for those broader faces.
Frame Wrap
Frame wrap is how tightly the frame and lens wrap to the contour of the head and is determined by:

Lens Base Curve: The lower the base curve number that flatter the lens. Flatter lens curves lend themselves to flatter frame designs.
- Frame Design: Based on the desired design and aesthetic, we may wrap the frame more or less with the given lens.
What are the bridge types?
The three bridges:

High bridge fit: offers a more secure and comfortable fit for those with a high nose bridge and lower cheekbones. A good choice if the bridge of your nose is above the level of your pupils.

Low bridge fit: offers a more secure and comfortable fit for those with a low nose bridge and higher cheekbones. A good choice if eyewear tends to slide down your nose, sit too low, or press on your temples or cheeks.

Universal fit: this option accommodates most face shapes.
